Available Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria
The High Court is recruiting for three major categories. Appointees must serve at the Principal Seat, Benches, or Circuit Courts as required.
1. Private Secretary (Protocol) – BPS-18
- Total Vacancies: 10 (Karachi: 09, Sukkur: 01)
- Qualification: Graduate from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Candidates must have relevant protocol experience in Government, Semi-Government, or reputable private organizations. Applicants should possess their own conveyance.
- Age Limit: 21 to 32 years (Upper age limit of 40 years for current Sindh/Federal Government employees).
2. Personal Assistant to Judge/Officer – BPS-17
- Total Vacancies: 49 (Karachi: 36, Sukkur: 05, Hyderabad: 04, Larkana: 01, Mirpurkhas: 03)
- Qualification: Graduate from an HEC-recognized university.
- Technical Skills: Shorthand speed of 100 wpm and typing speed of 45 wpm. Candidates must be computer literate in MS Office.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years (Age relaxation up to 45 years for existing District Court Stenographers).
3. Security Officer – BPS-17
- Total Vacancies: 01 (Karachi)
- Qualification: Graduate from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 15 years of relevant experience or a retired Army Major with field experience.
- Age Limit: 21 to 50 years.
General Instructions for Applicants
- Quota: The department reserves a 5% quota for disabled candidates (valid Disability Certificate required).
- Government Employees: Candidates already serving in government departments must apply through the proper channel.
- Test Location: The High Court will conduct all tests at designated centers in Karachi.
- Challan Fee: Applicants must pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,500/-.
