Eligible Disciplines & Qualifications
OGDCL invites applications from individuals with the following educational backgrounds:
1. Engineering Disciplines (4-Year Degree)
- Petroleum & Gas, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer/System, and Environmental Engineering.
- Requirement: Must be recognized by HEC/PEC.
2. Management & Social Sciences (16 Years of Education)
- HR, Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Public Administration, and Business Administration.
- Economics, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Law, and Media Studies.
- Geology, Geophysics, Computer Science, and Chemistry.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the OGDCL MTO program, candidates must meet these standards:
- Age Limit: Maximum 26 years.
- Academic Record: Minimum CGPA of 2.50 (in the requisite degree) or a 1st Division (60% and above) where CGPA is not applicable.
- Final Results: Only candidates whose final results are announced on or before June 30, 2026, are eligible.
- Equivalence: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an HEC equivalence certificate of 16 or 18 years.
How to Apply for OGDCL MTO 2026

- Generate Fee Voucher: Download the processing fee voucher for Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable).
- Payment: Pay the fee at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited.
- Submit Application: Complete the online profile with active contact information (Email and Cell Number) and submit before the deadline.
Important Information
- Written Test: IBA Karachi will conduct the written test at specified centers.
- Employment Offer: OGDCL will offer full-time contract employment to trainees who successfully complete the one-year program based on their performance.
- No TA/DA: The company will not provide any travel or daily allowance for tests or interviews.
